Pollinext provides done-for-you sales support, including appointment setting, DM closing, and AI-assisted sales systems for coaches, consultants, and service providers. The content on this website is for general information only and does not constitute an offer, guarantee, or contract for any specific result.

Engagements & Scope

Every engagement is defined by a separate written agreement or proposal that sets out the specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Where those documents conflict with the general information on this website, the signed agreement controls.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver our Services effectively, we rely on you to:

• Provide timely, accurate information about your offer, audience, and brand voice;
• Grant the access needed to the relevant platforms, tools, and accounts;
• Ensure your offers, claims, and communications comply with applicable laws and platform rules;
• Respond to qualified leads and booked calls within a reasonable timeframe.

Fees & Payments

Fees are scoped per engagement and set out in your agreement or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on receipt, and Services may be paused for overdue accounts. Applicable taxes are your responsibility.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your brand assets, customer data, leads, and conversations generated through an engagement. Pollinext retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, scripts, systems, templates, and methodologies, including improvements developed over time. Nothing on this website transfers any intellectual property to you.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

No Guarantee of Results

Sales outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market, and follow-through. While we apply proven systems, Pollinext does not guarantee any specific number of calls, sales, revenue, or results. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies reflect individual experiences and are not promises of future performance.

Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may operate across third-party platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools. Pollinext is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms, and your use of them remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or account actions taken by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pollinext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the site or Services if these Terms are breached. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
